In early 2008, a Representative Office was established. As of this spring, BRAINFORCE (Shanghai) Co., Ltd was established as a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise (WOFE), replacing the existing Representative Office and therefore, has become the first international interim management provider in China. “With the change of legal status into a fully foreign owned enterprise we show our commitment and the importance of the Chinese market for BRAINFORCE”, comments Martin Schneider, Chairman and CEO of the interim management provider company, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland. The offices of BRAINFORCE (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. are located in the same building as the Consulate General of Switzerland, i.e. in the Far East International Plaza in the Hongqiao business area.
